Hey! My name is Rokas. Over a year ago I was approached to fix an elementor ecommerce store for it’s performance. I had not touched WordPress professionaly ever at that point – however I was a Kaunas University of Technology Computer Science student. I decided to go for and learned many things about the eco system. The next logical thing was to plunge into development. All roads lead to Bricks – I decided to spent the 600 euros or something out of my own pocket and hope I would find work. And work I did find. Over the year I developed three sites for three large business which I linked. I am currently working on my own agency – Proven. Hopefully assembling a team to take on more projects. I take on full site projects – from idea to execution. Awokado.lt came from the need to escape Wolt and Bolt food and huge coorporate fees, EasyBaking is a LMS integration and I believe one of the best Bricks Learn Dash websites. 2MBaltic is the largest Lithuanian terrace board catalog. I am currently working on another two ecommerce store – for a well known jeweler and outdoor home product stores. Another project is lined up to make a Latvian market website for Airomi.lt – the largest online dessert shop in Lithuania. I have learned and I want to continue to develop websites, from a business idea to expand, improve and make better to the result. I have good knowledge of UI practices, design languages and color theory as well as SEO optimization. And the most of all I have real computer science development skills, proficiency in PHP, JS (Mainly from React), CRUD and API knowledge from Django. With all of this I do believe I am a good and prospective candidate to be a Bricks expert, hopefully not only as a freelancer, but soon as an agency. It would be an honor to expand what I do to more markets beyond Lithuania, possibly reaching United States. For what it’s worth Bricks showed me a side to WP/CMS development that I never saw as a “classic programmer”, the side where you can get 100% freedom yet the efficiency of presets, prebuilt backend and many convenient options and that inspired me to go and build sites.
