Terms Of Service
Bricks ("Software") is a paid/premium WordPress theme, that helps you to visually create and maintain your or your clients' WordPress based websites. It is an offering from Codeer Ldt. ("Company"). The Software is distributed through bricksbuilder.io ("Website").
Access to the Website, purchasing licenses, downloading the Software or updating your account through the Website is provided "as-is" without any warranty about availability and quality.
Accessing the Website does not require an account, but signing up for a free "Trial" and purchasing a "License" of the Software does. To create your account we will collect your username, email address and password.
When purchasing a License of the Software you agree to submit your payment details, such as PayPal or credit card information, to our third party payment processor.
The source code of the Software is released under the GNU Public License version 2.0.
Bricks Licenses are non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, and non-transferable. You can create websites for yourself and others (clients) using the Software, but it is prohibited to transfer or provide access to your account or the license key to any third-party. By purchasing a License you are granted a right to use the Software for the creation and maintenance of your or your clients' website.
Every WordPress installation requires its own License. You can not use the same License for different domains/subdomains.
You are eligable to Software updates for the period of the Subscription Plan you have purchased. Updates are only provided for trialing and active licenses. Cancelling your subscription or a repeated unsuccessful attempt to collect your payment deems your subscription inactive/cancelled.
You can continue using Bricks after your effective cancellation date has been reached if you have made at least one successful non-refunded yearly subscription payment. Lifetime licenses receive updates as long as Bricks is in active development.
When downloading a Software update through the WordPress dashboard a request to the Company server is performed, which submits some user data such as your License key and the requesting domain name, IP address etc. in order to validate and authenticate your request.
Updates are provided on a non-fixed, but regular basis as long as the Software is available through the Website.
Only Users on a Free Trial or active Subscription/Lifetime plan are eligable to receive customer support via email. The User must use the same email address which he/she used for the purchase to request support, so the Company can verify the License status. The Company shall make a reasonable effort to respond in a timely manner.
When purchasing a Subscription Plan you are obliged to pay the fees for it in the intervals as listed on the Website. All listed prices exclude VAT. VAT is added on top of the price according to the country you are purchasing from.
All payments are processes through our third-party payment processor Paddle.com. The Company itself does not store any of your credit card or PayPal details.
As long as a Subscription is active it will be automatically renewed and billed in full upon the end of the Subscription period.
You can cancel and up/downgrade your Subscription plan at any time by yourself from your Bricks account. No questions asked.
We stand behind the quality of the Software we offer. However due to its nature of being a digital good, delivered via download, we generally do not offer any refunds. The User has the freedom to use the Software in its full capacity during the trial period before being charged any fee, as specified on the Website, in order to evaluate if the Software is suitable for his/her website building requirements.
The Company reserves the right in its sole discretion, and without prior notice, to change, modify, discontinue or terminate access to the Software for any or no reason, and has no liability to you, the User, or any third party in case such an action takes place.
